Client Success - United Dairy

UDF was in need of a system to better track their Spare Parts Inventory and to Schedule & Maintain the work load for their Stores. They chose Methos to meet those needs for their organization.  Methos allows them to track their on-hand inventory, purchases and usage to better manage their spare parts budget. They also use Methos to schedule and track all the work performed at each store; this tracks repairs down to the individual pieces of equipment at each store along with the labor and parts used for each repair. UDF has used Methos to better manage the spare parts inventory along with the numerous technician components (travel time, work load and parts availability). This has lead to a significant reduction in both part and labor costs.

United Dairy Farmers owns and operates about 200 convenience type stores that combine the nostalgia of an old fashioned ice cream parlor with all the benefits of a modern era store.  They also sell their dairy products across numerous states through other retail outlets.
