In addition to our managed service help desk which is included with our solution, we provide two additional services to help our clients with data synchronization efforts. Data Entry Assistance

Data Entry assistance is when we enter our client's GTIN attributes. This service is available at minimal additional costs over our managed service fee. This service allows your firm to offload this effort from your staff and allow us to get you published faster than doing this in-house.

Data Sync Consulting

Data Sync Consulting is our optional professional service normally performed at your location to train your staff on Data Sync Concepts and to provide certified assistance to collect, measure, publish and synchronize your GTIN information. This service accelerates you data synchronization efforts.

Enter our partner number, 822, and R&K will be your exclusive help desk and implementation facility. We offer 1 step signup for 1SYNC and our on-boarding service for one low price. Our on-boarding service includes customer and technical support help desk, 800# access, e-mail and knowledgebase support. Your company will benefit by accessing the GDSN through a single Solution Partner, enabling you to implement 1SYNC and GDSN Services quickly and efficiently.
